Our cruise ship, Celebrity Solstice, docks at Halong Port at 12:00. Is it too late to do anything the same day? Any advice?

Celebrity Solstice often lists 12:00 as the docking time, but in practice it has been arriving around 11:00 AM or earlier for many years. You should still have enough time to do a Halong Bay day tour, an overnight cruise, or even visit Hanoi.
