I’ve tried searching but couldn’t quite find the answer, so hoping someone here might have some advice.

We’ll already be staying in Tuan Chau and are looking for a day cruise around Ha Long Bay that departs directly from Tuan Chau, without including transport to and from Hanoi. Most tours we’ve found so far seem to bundle the Hanoi transfer into the price, which we don’t really need since our accommodation in Tuan Chau is already booked.

Does anyone know of any companies that offer day cruises starting from Tuan Chau only?

Also, I realise this might be a long shot, but has anyone managed to use the Hanoi shuttle just one way with a cruise? Our flight arrives in Hanoi at around 3pm, and a few days later we leave around midday, so the usual shuttle timings probably won’t work for us.

Any recommendations or advice would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance!
