I’m planning to do a shore excursion on my own. What happens if I get back late and miss the ship?

If you miss the ship, it will not wait for you

You’ll need to arrange your own transport to the next port

That's true. It will head to Hong Kong or Chan May (Danang) and you will need to manage your own transportation to get there. This can be expensive and stressful

Does the cruise help in this situation?

Only if you booked the excursion through the cruise line. And I believe you would need to pay more in any cases

That’s good to know. I’ll be careful. Thanks!
