Hi everyone, I’m currently mapping out my trip. After finishing a Ha Long Bay cruise, I'm planning to fly down to Hue. My current thought is to book the 19:45 flight, which feels like it gives us a safe buffer.
Question is: do most cruise operators drop you off at the airport, or should we just book a private car straight from the pier? Also, there’s a 16:30 departure available, but I’m a bit paranoid about the timing with checked bags. Is that too risky or doable? Thanks for any tips!

Are you flying out from Hanoi airport or Haiphong airport?
Hanoi airport gives you more flights to choose from. Cruiseline will only drop you in the old town area. If you wished to go directly to the airport, you may need to use private car transfer instead
