Yes, in most cases you can go in and out multiple times during the day
As long as your ship is still docked and the gangway is open, you’re allowed to re-enter.
You’ll need to carry your cruise card and passenger landing card each time.
Security may check your documents again when you return. Timing is important, once the gangway closes, you won’t be able to get back on board. Also, late at night, access may be temporarily restricted depending on ship schedule
Some passengers go out in the morning, return to rest, then go out again in the afternoon. it’s quite common
