I’m arriving on a cruise and not booking any tours. Can I just walk out of Halong Bay cruise port by myself?

After leaving the ship, just follow the bridge to the Halong main lobby area

If you don’t want to walk too far, there are yellow electric shuttle cars inside the port and free of charge
